Our Mission
What if it wasn't a jury deciding who dances best — but everyone watching? DanceDuels makes that possible. Every vote comes from a real person, and every dancer gets a fair chance to rise.
How It Works
Upload your dance, enter the Duels, and let the world decide where you stand.
10–20 seconds, portrait 9:16. No studio required — raw street style or polished stage performance, both have their place.
Your video gets matched against a dancer at a similar level. The community votes on three criteria: Musicality, Skills, Expression.
Win duels, earn points, climb the leaderboard — or fight for the top spots fresh every week.
Your dance style is set when you upload. At first you'll duel in Open Floor against every style together — once enough dancers join, also in your own category. As a solo dancer just as much as with a partner.
The System
The same principles as chess and esports — adapted for dance.
Every duel counts separately for Musicality, Skills and Expression, weighted by how strong your opponent was.
Hundreds of independent votes instead of one panel. The highest and lowest single rating never count.
Matchmaking favors videos with the fewest duels so far — your first video doesn't sit in a queue.
Duels run on a 60/30/10 zone split against a similar level — never fully random.
Not Just for Dancers
Your votes cast, who you follow, the rivalries you track — all visible on your own profile. You're not a spectator. You're the jury.
Your Advantage
On Instagram and TikTok you already need reach to get reach. On DanceDuels, all that counts is how well you dance.
A good spot on the Leaderboard, This Week, or in a duel puts you in front of people who don't know you yet — independent of any algorithm.
Your Instagram and TikTok handles are directly clickable on your public profile. New fans who discover you here land on your real account one tap later.
Your private profile shows how many people clicked your social links — this week and in total.
After a win or a spot as weekly champion, the app reminds you: your Instagram link is already built into the Share Card.
